About Our Founder
William Terry is a qualified chartered surveyor, with over 20 years experience in both residential and commercial property.
Having graduated with a First Class BA (with Hons) in Business Economics from the University of Exeter, he completed an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading.
After university, Will spent 6 years as a Development Manager at Land Securities. His last role in commercial property was as Director of Asset Management at LaSalle Investment Management.
Prior to establishing Hocroft Estates, Will worked in a boutique estate agency. There he successfully sourced, and sold, numerous residential properties, consistently matching and exceeding client expectations.
Will’s training as a chartered surveyor means he prides himself on his integrity and professionalism. His caring and knowledgeable approach is valued by both former and current clients alike.

Will has also assisted clients across London, and within the M25 region.
Hocroft Estates occasionally works as a buying agent, assisting private individuals and companies, in sourcing and acquiring on and off market opportunities.

You will deal with our Founder, Will, every step of the way. He is available day and night, by phone and email, to answer any queries you have.

Hocroft Estates often collaborates with an upmarket interior design firm to dress and transform any property into a warm and inviting home.
